Antifouling paints for boats ships yacht

1. Self-polishing Tin-Free Antifouling for dry docking intervals from 24months up to 36 months.

2. Suitable also for vessels with limited speed, normal Sailing worldwide and mooring periods.

3. Special biocides, Cuprous Oxide and Rosin make structure on a reliable Antifouling with excellent overcoatability.

Recommended Purpose

1. Suitable for repairs Vessel and Ocean goings, Trading Ships

2. Keep bottom free of fouling, save fuel and keep speed of the ship.

Mixing Ratio: One  pack  product  which should  be  stirred by stirring machine sufficiently                                     before application.

Thinner: Not recommended. Use X101 thinner under special conditions. Max does shouldn't                       be more than 5%( volumetric ratio )

Painting Method: 1. Airless spraying, general spraying or brush painting.

                                  2. Airless nuzzle diameter: 0.53-0.78mm, blowing pressure shouldn't be less                                          than 176kg/cm²(2500psi).

                                  3. If use proper equipments. It is possibly necessary to use the thinner.

Tool Cleaning:  X101 thinner

Drying time:

The preceding paint should be fully dried.

Thoroughly get rid of all greases, contaminants and sundries on the paint film.

Storage

12 months at 25℃.

To be stored at dry and ventilated circumstance. The package vessel must keep sealed.
